Dadha & Company — Non delivery of medicines even after full payment

On 21.08.2016 I ordered some medicines through company's website viz NEDMED.com duly licenced to sell medicines online. I paid them Rs 418.90 as full payments for those medicines. Details of my order appended below.

After few days their delivery agent viz BLUE DART informed that the medicines are delivered evident from their Website. I repeatedly complained the Co of non delivery of medicines but in vain. They assured me of inquiry but no result till date. Rather they confirmed the delivery and asked for my patronage.
