I ordered a Cake with Caps and Candles for my Son's birthday on 21st August 2022 with order no. 36431 and made an online payment through PayU of INR 1236 with transaction no. [protected] at 19:50 hr. I did not receive that order at all. when I tracked my order on their site it showed the status as "processing" till the 22nd morning. On 22nd August that status turned to "order postponed" and on 24th August it showed as "canceled by Customer". I did not cancel my order at all, rather I mailed them thrice to look into the matter and do the needful. However, in spite of my three emails and five messages to them, there is no response from their end. This company should be sued heavily as they are not only playing with our hard-earned money but also with our time and emotions. my son's birthday got ruined because of them. A huge punishment to this company will save many other people to become an easy pray for these frauds.
