Dailyninja — fraudulent offers and customer support

I have recently shifted my parents to bangalore and subscribed to the services of dailyninja for milk and other groceries delivery. Dailyninja provides offers on recharging their wallets with higher amounts. After getting enough clarified from the support team i have recharged their wallet with rs.4500 with coupon code "dn2less45". This coupon should ideally give me a discount of 2 rupees on each milk packet i take for 45 days.

After seeing the billing of the products after this recharge, i observed the discount wasn't applied. Later on i reached out their customer care for the same. After 3 days of continuous follow ups i got a response saying that i didn't apply promocode while i recharged. I am 100% sure that applied the code and that was the whole reason i asked the t&c of the offer. Now the team is asking me to send a screenshot to prove that i have applied the code. Why would some one take the screenshot of each and everything they do until unless they feel that it's a fraudulent portal?

I understand it's not a huge amount of money with this offer but i hate the fact that firms like this are pooling up money from customers by showing up fake offers. Please take action on these firms.

I am attaching the screenshots of the chat as i am scared that they will even wipe off these logs and claim that i am making false allegations.
