Dainik Jagran — Non fulfillment of placed order

An amount of rs. 650 was paid to avail the dainik jagran-hindi newspaper for an year by Mr. Ramesh Ch. Sharma. the services were to begin from June, 2015. but no action has been taken in this regard till date. A message to the effect of dispatching of coupons has been received in the towards the end of july. however, nothing has yet been received.
