Dainik Jagran — Trapped in house due to entire road dug

Address:661/1 Kamal Singh Colony,, Isai Tola

The entire road has been dugged and debris left behind. The road is not in a condition to walk left us in danger and any incident could lead to death. Who would be responsible for any incident happens? I have attached photo for the same, please help us to get this resolved at earliest because in such condition we are force to risk our lives for daily needs.
