Sir This is to bring it to your notice that the consignment with consignment ID I[protected] was sent through first flight from Amritsar to Bangalore on behalf of BHEL, Goindwal. It was supposed to be delivered at M/s. Siemens Ltd. at the below mentioned address: Mr .P Lokesh Jaykumr- [protected] / [protected] Siemens Ltd C/o DHL Supply Chain India Pvt. Ltd. No. 93/4 situated at NH 207, Kuralur Village, Kadugodi Post, Hoskote taluk, Bangalore -560067. INDIA Email: Mc-repair.[protected]@siemens.com MCSER.[protected]@siemens.com But M/s. Siemens refused to accept the consignment though all the necessary documents were handed over to your personnel who collects the courier from our office at BHEL, IVP Goindwal, Punjab -143422. It was informed by Siemens that the documents (challan and E sugam format) were not there with the consignment though we handed them over to your personnel after taking his receipt. Further, it is to inform you that none of your personnel informed about the refusal of the acceptance of parcel at Siemens office though it was delivered on 27.01.2015 as informed by your Amritsar office branch. Also the consignment no. has been intimated to us on 28.01.2015. We cannot afford to re dispatch the item again at M/s. Siemens, Bangalore. Kindly make an arrangement to deliver the parcel to M/s. Siemens, Bangalore at the above mentioned address with all the documents (delivery Challan and E sugam format) at the earliest. Please understand that it is very very urgent and BHEL is incurring a great loss due to your casual attitude.
