Fed up with the customer service of Damson group .. they are just focus on selling .. not on product and customer satisfaction, I bought a Corseca Power Bank ( Damson group product ) it's taking 7 to 9 hour to charge fully .. and sometime more but company says it just take 3 hour to full charge .. it's just one issue .. another is that very bad backup only charge one time.. and it's a 10000 mah.
