Daredeals.com — Cheated a Sum of Rs. 6999 Offering a Fraudulent Shopping Scheme

Dear sir/madam, My name is Rini. I am from Kerala. On 7 April 2015, I received a call from daredeals.com from the telephone number [protected] suggesting me an offer of Rs. 6999/-. I have gone for the offer and transferred the total amount to Daredeals on the same day. They have send me a confirmation mail for placing the order from the email id - [protected]@daredeals.com. They assured me the delivery of the product within a time span of 7 to 10 days. As I am a regular customer of many shopping sites such as Snapdeal, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Fabfurnish, etc. who deliver products right and perfect as they claim, I believed the same quality of delivery from Daredeals. I do not know if the company is a genuine one. But know that what they did to me was a pure case of Fraud. I have requested them for a refund. I have been contacting their customer care since past two days on [protected], but all what the customer care personnel says is that the 'Refund Department' will call you, which they have not yet done. They say you will get call in ten minutes, 30 minutes, within four o'clock. But I never received even a single call. I know I have been cheated by daredeals.com suggesting me the fraudulent scheme. Hence, I request you to kindly take all the necessary step that you can to prevent this fraud company from cheating others.
