Daredeals.com — Requisition for refund due to the reception on fake and used products.

I placed my order through a phone call made by your executive during 2nd and 3rd of may, followed by the complete payment for the same of about Rs.18, 997 for two combos Rs.6999 and Rs.9999 which was done in installments for two days(2nd & 3rd May). Finally after a month of phone calls and emails i received my package on[protected]. But I am not satisfied with the products that you have delivered. Since the executives of the company promised me over the phone call that every product delivered will be genuine and from an original brand, i made my payment but the products that i received today were all fake. Most of the products were ingenuine and even invoice was not available in the package. I would like to describe in what condition the products arrived. Sunglasses - Packed in a box with one glass out of the frame Mobile Phone- No charger, Inoperable phone with a fake battery and an already used product Shoes- Fake branded (Reeb-ok) Camera- A fake camera made of cheap plastic. T-shirts (3)- Low quality, Non Brand T shirts. Shirt(2)- Dosen't seem to be of any recognized brand Bag- Some conference bag, Watch- Namesake brand Socks- Opened package, not a brand Boxers- Well they were not a part of the offer. Speakers- Intex brand(Received with the box tampered) Pearl Set- Already the polish is washing away And based on the products you have sent the calculation can never reach to the price that I paid Rs.18997/-. And I am totally dissatisfied with the products that i have received and would like to return those back to you. Apart from this I would like a complete refund of my money that I paid for these products. I have even sent the company many mails reporting the condition in which i received the products and i still haven't got any reply from them. So I called them to enquire about the procedures to return the product but their only reply is we will send the mail, to which I am waiting for the past two weeks.
