I have deposited my asus laptop for servicing on monday, september 18th. Technician said may need change of hard disk. Said he will call tomorrow. No call, so i called. He said he has ordered some hdd card and it will come tomorrow and he will call. No call. I called again he said he's looking into it he will call tomorrow. No call.
I called on monday, he said laptop is ready he will call and tell me charges. I called twice he said i will call you back. No call. I called again on wednesday and went to collect laptop. I didn't specifically mention the wifi issue so it wasn't checked despite asking them to check if it was working.
They fixed one screw on the hard drive and are charging inr500. I said okay please fix the issue and call me. He was going to call wednesday afternoon or thursday morning. It is now saturday and nobody is answering the call.
I have had enough. I am a writer with just as much work as your technician. I require the laptop to support my livelihood. And your technicians never call.
The most horrible service ever. I am considering never coming back to you people again.
