[Resolved]  Datadesign.in / Shoutmeloud — not being on the commitments they offered

I got an authorised call from hathway that you can avail a offer of 3+1 months if you do the payment at that time and i did it and they said that the offer will be shown to you after 1 month of service. And till date the offer is not shown to me and when i called the customer helpline of hathway, they simply keep my phone on hold and cut it after 7 mins, this happened with me for 5-6 times.
I even sent 2 mails regarding this issue to billing. [protected]@hathway.net on 3rd of december but there were no reply of that too.
They filled my complaint today and within 15 minute i got another message that my issue has been resolved.
I want you to look into this matter and kindly resolve my problem.
