[Resolved] Datawind — 7" Datawind Ubislate Tab | |||
I had placed an ordered during the week of Independence show had been shown by StarCj Alive for Dule sim, Dule Camera of 7" Datawind Ubislate Tab at the price of Rs.3999/- on 13/08/14.I had received the delievery of tab on 20/08/14 by Gati Express which is late delivery. At the time of opening of the delievery I found that theTab which was delivered to me is not the actual piece of set of Dule Sim, Dule Camera of 7" Datawind Ubislate Tab and Left side of the tab is pressed and spacebar of the keyboard of the tab is broken.In this regard I submitted an complaint to StarCj.com to replace the tab.On the day of 22/08/14 I receieved an new set of Datawind inlieu of old set which is not Dule sim, Dule camera. Instead of provided/sent tab of Dule sim, Dule camera, they sent me Single Sim, Single Camera which is not fair.It is tottely cheating to customer.On the sameday of 22/08/14 at the time of cheking the set I found that set of Tab is not working properly.And stic is also not working properly on touch screen of the Tab.In this regard whenever I talked with customercare.There are no icons of Facebook, You Tube, Whatsapp, Bluetooth, Playstore in tab., Customercare of StarCj alive Mr.Naveen to fwd the complaint for replace the tab..In view of the above you are also requested to please try at your best to replace/sent the new piece of 7"Datawind Tab at earliest.Or otherwise refund the Amount.I shall ever be greatful to you for this act of kindness. Today whenever i try to speak the Customer Care of Data Wind Mr. Sahil & Mr. Dilbagh Even transfer the call to his Superior at technical team, Both persons disconnect my call. Whenever again call to data wind mr. sahil told me to in this regard please contact to star cj.com not to data wind. This is no the positive attitude of mr. sahil & dilbagh towards me.In future like this behavoiur not be accepted or otherwise approach to consumer court or civil court against your company to rude behavior towards the customer/ users.
