Dear sir,
i went to wazirpur service center on 18.06.2021 with a complaint
as, my wagon r car registration no.Dl8c ax 9512,
that, my car is not starting properly and wherever i stops the car, it keeps on missing. I asked service center workers to check my car properly and solve this starting problem.
After checking my car, service center workers told me about self starter have to change as it is not working.
So, i agreed and they changed my car's slip starter.
The bill generate is of amount 12014/- which have been paid by cheque.

but after taking delivery, when i reach home and stop my car. I tried to start it again but i failed, because same problem was there. I asked to service centre but no propper reply was made to me. I went there today 13.07.2021, with car to recheck it, they told that
battery has to change, and there is battery problem and not slip starter problem.
This is very irritating, i strictly requesting you to please refund my payment of rs.12014/- as they have changed wrong part of car. Please help me to get proper service of my car in wazirpur service centre.
