I bring to your kind notice that i gave my ciaz car, whose registration no is, dl14 cd6959 to dd motors mayapuri delhi for 4th periodic service dated on 26-10-19. Whatever problem i felt, i had told all that to the advisor, the total bill was of inr8846 and i paid it.
As nobody checked the service quality of my car and handover it to me, when i was going home, i realized that the steering and tire of the car are not in sync. Which could be a reason for accident during driving in high traffic. So i instantly came back from home that was 8km from workshop and discussed the issue with dd motor staff, it was strange for me that all were ready to go home and none of staff was willing to take my issue. I waited then one of the engineer came and checked my vehicle. He opened the steering cover and did some settings but alignment was still out of sync, he confirmed that wheel alignment and wheel balancing also not done properly as syncing was totally out. All need to be checked again to sync with tyres rotaion and this is time taking activity. Also told that there is 2 days holiday so we cannot repair your car and you have to come after 2 days beacuse staff are going to home as time had 6.30pm. I tried to contact with higher staff of dd motors but no one attended my calls. I had to go to himachal to celebrate festival with my parents but i can't go with my car because of the alignment and battery issue, i talked with local cab agency and they were asking for 10k rupees so who will pay for this.
*shame on dd motors maya puri delhi team as they are just looting customer's money.*
@maruti team - please look into this issue on priority and put dd motors mayapuri in blacklist category if they will not take this matter seriously.
Note - i will raise this issue on consumer forum and other concerned channels if my issue remained unattended and no quick solution is provided.
I have below questions.
1)- i paid full amount of inr 8846 then why the pathetic service was done?.
2)- i have lost 6 hrs and still i cannot use my car. Who will compensate to me for this?.
3)- i am bound to pay 10k rupees to local cab driver to go himachal. Who will pay for that amount?.
4)- can you assure me that rest activities got done in right way like, engine oil change, filter cleaning, electricle timing checking, filter cleaning & change etc?.
5)- car battery having some issue and your team is suggesting to keep the car in service center for 2 days to check the battery issue even battery is in warranty. What's a managment of dd motors.
Because of your pathetic service i am ought to lose 18846 ruppes.= service + himachal tour.
