DDA — Refund not yet received

Hi ICICI Bank,

I have not recived the DDA 2014 scheme refund till now today is 8-Jan.
I have already submitted the complaint earleir also.. but didnot get any reply...
Now its really very bad service from you.. I am loyal customer of ICCI BAnk .. but now I think twice again before doing any transaction from your bank.
