I have purchased Oneplus buds Z2 from Deal 50 in cod instead i got Oneplus buds Z which was refurbished.One side of the buds doesn't work properly.As they mentioned they have a 14 days return/replacement policy so i tried to reach to them by call.By now i have tried to call them for more than 70 times but they didn't pick my call.I tried calling from other number but same case.I dropped a few emails and waited for days but no reply.So what i did is ; made a new account on deal 50 and placed an order for cod.They called back regarding the new order.I told them about the issue and instantly call got disconnected.
