I'm mantu sil. I was purchased a mobile oppo f11 on 28.09.2019 at 0 down payment and same day i'm looking for oppo a5 which was dealing by a staff - he told me it has a small down payment of 399rs. After billing, i saw that 399rs is not deducted from the total amount. Then they told me it's processing fees. I refuse to take that mobile and deman my 399rs refund. They declined to give me 399 rs and misbehaved. Then i was return home without taking oppo a5 mobile.
After they frequently calling me to take that mobile and threatened me about bajaj finance emi will started.
What kind of service this is.

They called again from +917003454739 this number to take that Mobile Handset & refuse to refund my 399 rs. They told me to take that Mobile otherwise you have no option.
