[Resolved]  Deal At Once — fraud on redeemtion on points

Some one named Ganesh called saying that he is calling from ICICI Bank and said he will redeem my credit card reward points by sending some items worth Rs.6999/ and it will be not deducted in my billing statement. They said a company named amtec engineers with provide this facility and it will not charge for it. But, I argued when they asked for CVV No & OTP No. Finally they got those numbers. and send the items. but my credit card statement was reflecting the amount. kindly help this out. I just don't want those items
