I have received one call on 25 March 2016 from deals on doors services PVT LTD (thedealsindia.com) New Delhi. He said we are promoting our company. You are a top 5 Lucky customer for today. You've won 32-inch Panasonic LED and this a assure Gift. He told to me get this LED you must buy Our combo pack(Shoes, Sunglasses, Watch and Track Suit) worth 4999. I asked them the company's Term and Condition. He reply that you have received your combo pack and assure gift. I believed them.
They Provided a payment Link and I pay 4999 Rupess through Debit Card. Their have SBI BANK's payment Gatway. I received e-receipt from SBI Bank which SBI Collect Reference Number is DU43357756. I also received Confirmation mail from thedealsindia.com. He said that you have receive your combo and assure gift with in 5-7 Working days.
After 2-3 Days I asked for tracking number but he did not give me the right answer and they say many excuses like as some internet error, Senior busy in meeting etc. When I appeared to them much more often then they provided me tracking number (DTDC Courier - Z[protected]. I have Received my parcel on 2 april 2016 from DTDC Courier. When I opened parcel I was shocked. I found the combo in parcel but product quality is very poor and I can't find a LED. Instead I found clothe of suit.
Then I had to call the company again. He said that You've got a gift according to your ranking but I said that before you say LED is a assure gift for you. And they were told that your ranking will change. Before he said that this is sure you will get the panasonic 32 inch LED then why you excuse it you ranking will change. SO please take a action.
