Dealshare — Item not delivered and not refunding money after complaining same

Hi Team

This is Rakesh From Konnagar, West bengal. I am really disappointed by the process Dealshare follows to handle their customer problems.

I have one order dated 06.8.2022 amount Rs.2757 in which there are 2 items one is Gokul Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil 2 quantity amounting Rs.300 (Order Id is DS[protected] and

I have already filed a complaint no# 3473831 regarding this on 8.8.2022.
Same issue faced on order date 04sep2022, second item is kasmiri chili powder 200grm amounting Rs. 109 (Order Id is DS[protected].
I have already filed a complaint no# 3796564 regarding this on 6.9.2022

The both payment is already made online and this order is still undelivered to me but it was showing delivered in my Dealshare app.

I have already filed a complaint no# 3473831 and complaint no# 3796564 regarding this, today is 23.09.2022 and ultimately there is no action taken against my issue.
I have been continuing following up them over calls, mail as well.

From more than 45 days I have been chasing them like a mad person and they treat their customers in the worst way !!

Their staff's behaviour is very rude, irritated and worse because they have now started a new trick as they called me just to show that they care about their customers but no one listens to me puts my calls on hold every time and then just disconnects the call.
Their executive members behaviour repeat the same lines every time by saying that they are working on it and gave us some time. But nothing progress is there !!
