Dealsnshopping.com — Company not refunding the money collected in fraudulent way | |||||
I have received a call from Riya Singh working with dealsnshopping phone number[protected] regarding purchase of any product amounting to Rs699/- in a contest after that they said it is a bisbash contest that you have won 2nd price royal enfield bullet an amount of Rs 5050/- collected through order number[protected] and again 5000/- collected through another order number[protected] along with document which is completed then after some days another guy with name Amit called and said for make another payment of 15000 which i refused .Meanwhile the product which I got after 10 days also was not upto the mark .So every time they call n say pay some amount to complete once process & other process when i told to refund the amount they are not ready to refund the amount cut the phone .It is clear fraud i need my money back or else need to appraoch cyber crime on this fraudulent approach. Almost 50 days have passed amount is not refunded to me yet ...I need my money back ...Issue is still not resolved also registered a complaint with the company not got any revert...its a cheating case..

Almost 60 days have passed still my amount is not refunded also complaint is registered but there is no response on the refund...I need my money back..
75 days passed still my amount is not refunded.How can it take more than two months to work on the issue & provide resolution.I need the money which I have paid.
Still I have not got my refund .
Bhai.. I am AJAY SAINI, I have paid near about Rs.2, 73, 000/- till now from the first day[protected]. And Still not getting any surety of getting my money back and the product I received are full of defects and still not getting any solution. For this amount, I have taken personal from bank because I was not having this much money but still they are not understanding my problems and just asked me to wait and I think still its not the end here of demanding money.
If anyone is ready to take any action against DEALSNSHOPPING then I am with him/her because they cannot imagine how much I have suffered and suffering just because of them, even my family is also suffering. I have a lot to say about them but can't write everything here. If you all are ready then we all together can do something which will be beneficial for other customer and for us also.
