[Resolved] Deccan Chronicle — HTC not servicing my phone since 25 days | |||
I have spoken to several representatives and was very dissatisfied with the service and I'm very much disappointed with the response to my request. I'm a very new HTC customer and I have purchased 2 Handsets from HTC, one is M8 and other is HTC Desire 816. My Desire 816 screen broke and I have submitted my phone for servicing on 15th of October and it is 11th November now but I have not received my phone still. I spoke to your representatives they are only promising to call me back but nobody ever did. I even warned that I may go legal but in vain, I think I must actually go legal, in order to get my issue resolved because HTC CUSTOMER SUPPORT is of NO USE AT ALL. I had issues with my other handsets from Nokia and Apple and they had provided a very good customer service which was very impressive. Was expecting much better from HTC brand :(.
