Deccan Herald — Annual Subscription for Deccan Herald, Bangalore Edition

This is not a compliant but a clarification and assistance: I live in Arakere Mico Layout, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore 560076. I want to know the exact rate of monthly subscription. If I subscribe for one year in advance, is there any rebate in subscription? The local newspaper distributor charges additional amount as 'delivery charges, every month. If I object to pay that he will stop the supply the news paper. Presently I am getting some other news paper and want to switch over to Deccan Herald. Hence my query. Last year, one person had come to my office offering a concessional rate for annual subscription but by that time I had already subscribed for another paper which I do not want to continue. Please send me you reply and if possible depute the person again to enable me to subscribe for one year. However, please ensure that the Newspaper Vendor in our area does not charge further any amount as 'delivery charges'
