My 6 month subscription (wef 1 Jan 2023) was confirmed by DH on 25 and 30 Dec 2023. However the paper was not delivered to my address on 1st Jan.. After a series of complaints and phone calls, delivery started on 4th Jan 23.
Print edition was not delivered on: 1-3 Jan, 5, 7-11 Jan, 15 Jan, Feb -12, 18, 23, April 14, 16, 26, 30; (17 days between 1st Jan 2023 and 30 April 2023)
Further, since May 3, 2023., supply has stopped completely, till date.
I have tried emailing and telephoning various executives Including Mr Omana Baiju, Manager Mr Girish, Circulation Dept Mr Nagendra and Mr Harish Gowda, however delivery has not been resumed.
The company has cheated me by taking subscription in advance and not delivering the paper and not responding to my complaints. There is no refund available on cancellation of subscription either I will be forced to take this matter to the Consumer court for redressal against deficiency in service and non supply of newspaper after receiving subscription.
