I booked 4 tickets for my family. 2 senior citizen. i did phone booking at 5 pm to their paldi office, they informed me the booking is done and bus time is 9 pm but i need to be present at their paldi office by 830 om which i agreed to. when i reached their office at 8:15 pm they informed us uber ola are on strike so we have to travel by auto till CTM to board the bus. if ola uber are on strike they do had a option of private taxi. looking at senior citizen parents i managed to get personal four wheeler till CTM, which was 8 km away from paldi. reaching their we came to know the bus is in damaged condition, AC not working, filthy and poor quality bus. atleast senior citizen parents with joint pains could nt travel. i waited for an hour to get the issue sort out but till 10:30 pm there was no response, The Drive, conductor were very rude must be in drunk state, the customer office at paldi where sanjaybhai was answering my calls was very rude. no body from the staff supported or responded well. looking at my senior citizen parents i thought to skip the trip since they were standing for more than 1.5 hour, they denied to refund the amount which 4000 in total, 1000 per head other passengers were also got harassed.
i need your support to teach a lesson to such service providers who take for granted their customers and plays with their sentiments. it was a mental harassement to us specially my senior citizen parents. finally we came home and still they have not refunded the amount.
