Deep Travels — require refund booking amount due to ac unit not working

Dear sir,

I was booked my ticket in deep travel ac bus from ahmedabad to pune yesterday. Travel was started at 7.15 pm from ahmedabad but at baroda ac unit not working so travel was stay at there minimum 2 hours for waiting mechanic. After 2 hours mechanic not receive so travel agency decode to went to pune without working ac unit. I have my 3 years daughter who suffering by fever due to this suffocation. Also travel rech at pune by 3 hours late so i not able joint duty today. I was very wrost experience of my life by this travel. So help us to refund my booking amount due to wrost service by deep travel.
