Deepak Electronics — Loss of 1 parcel out of 3 parcels booked by seabird express cargo

We have booked 3 parcels on 04/09/2015 to s. L. N. Radio, tv, shimoga through sea bird express cargo vide their c/n no. 1537477 dt. 04/09/2015 with our bill no. 103 for rs.23999/- from bangalore. Out of above 2 parcels delivered to the party but 1 parcel still to be delivered. We contacted to mr. Chandru (Delivery taken in bangalore (S. P. Road) collection centre. Who told that parcel is missing and he will arrange for claim. But thereafter months and months has passed yield no result. We contacted bangalore headoffice with mr. Ravi and mr. Mahesh so many times but since the lapse of more than 8 months time.
We have given a letter on 7th january, 2016 but not replied.
So kindly make the arrangement of payment of my money lost towards the same.
