[Resolved] Deepak Electronics — Bad Behavior and services | |||
Hi, I/We have purchased an air conditioner form Deepak Electronics here on 09th June' 13. Deepak Electronics holds the next retail shop chain here in Bhiwani. We have purchased VOLTAS 1.5 Ton AC. 1. He has provided us with an AC of 2012 production. 2. He has not given original remote of the AC yet, and when we ask for remote, he misbehaves and says "When company will send remote, will send it to you". It has been around 15 days, that we are waiting for remote. 3. He has not given us bill for stabilizer. 4 he has not signed/stamped any warranty card, when asked says AC bill have everything in it. If so why this big companies provide there Warranty card and says get it stamped by dealer. Was this information helpful? | |||
