Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Refund of registration money - online payment through HDFC

I have applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through online application. I have done the online payment of registration of rupees 100172/- through HDFC bank net-banking. However I have not received the refund so far.
When contacting DDA they said they have given money to the bank and now its upto bank to give it to account holder. On contacting my bank, they say DDA will send money directly. No one is telling anything concrete. Kindly resolve the issue. My payment ID was 11625542 and application number was 3107838. My mail id is chetan.[protected]@gmail.com
