Delhi Jal Board — 1 month bill too high

Dear sir/madam, My name is ashish sharma, my kno no. [protected]. My July month bill was Rs. 115 and before that 3 month bill was around Rs. 300. Suddenly this month I got a SMS from DJB and says bill is Rs.1322. I just want to know that how it can be possible. Please send meter reading or other information. Please help on this.
