I have received my latest bill yesterday i.e. 01/05/2015 and it shows my consumption for 40 days and the total consumption shown is 38 units which is not as per my consumption trend. As per my consumption, seeing the last 5 bills starting from 30-Dec-2013, my monthly consumption is approx. 20 units so i doubt that the reading this time has been done incorrectly or there is some fault. Secondly, i believe, that the calculations done in my Bill are incorrect for eg. its shows (Service Charge - Consumption between 20-30 KL) as Rs. 292.83 where as it should be Rs. 219.62. Similarly, the Total Consumption Charges calculations have some mistakes in it, as seeing the bill amount for the last 5 bills, the bill amount shown in this bill is highly escalated for eg. my last bill shows a consumption of 58 units and the bill amount was Rs. 579 and this time the bill amount is for Rs. 849 where as the consumption shows 40 units.
