Sir,
I received the Bill for Rs. 757/- on 28/07/2022 with the status of NS. i.e no current reading. I given the complaint on 02/08/2022 vide complaint no. [protected]. But no action has been taken. Once again I received the bill on 20/09/2022 for Rs. 1514/- with the same remarks i.e. NS.(no current reading) without any correction. I again lodge the complaint on 04/10/2022 vide complaint no. [protected] alongwith image of meter reading on 16/08/2022.
The above said complaint already sent to ZRO, Pratap Nagar, Delhi – 110007 and help line no 1916. But no action has been taken as yet.
Sir, we are small family with two childrens and it is a domestic line. As you are aware that less than 20 units are used in domestic line in a month in a family.
May, I request you to kindly look into the matter and revised the bill accordingly.
