Request you to help us here in getting water connection at our home which is located at Ambetkar palace, Baprola vihar (pin code-110041) as we have applied for a new water connection at Delhi Jal Board Office (Nangli Dairy, Metro Station, Najafgarh Road, Delhi) and payment submitted on dated 18 Dec'21 (receipt number[protected] with application number 45328 (dated 2 Dec'21). After making lots of efforts by visiting Delhi Jal board office (near pani takni najafgarh road) we were unable to getting a connection at our home and registered a complaint on dated 5 Jan’22 on toll free number[protected] with complaint number 266238 and till date we have given reminder 3 times to them for help us in getting connection. But they are also seems helpless here.
As of now we are dependent on our neighbours for daily needs of water. Somehow we have managed the situation just because of winters but now the summer session has started.
