Delhi Jal Board — Constant shortage of water supply

I am the resident of Tughlakabad Extension of street no. 36. New Delhi - 110019, The water supplier of this area give the water supply to those areas who so ever give him extra money(kind of rishwat). In my area it is been more than 3 days. We are managing to survive so how with water supply. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
