SIR/MADAM, I have east delhi customer KNO - [protected]. my water meter are working properly and current reading is 471. but last 2 years i have paid heavy amount based on incorrect bill (STA meter reading). You can also check last bills detail. Request you to please check my request and take action to correct all bills and consider meter reading on bill. regards Pankaj Gupta
