I am a resident of paryawaran complex saidulajaib new delhi 110030. My K.No is [protected]. I have submitted Rs 2937 on 30.6.2015. After 4 days I have got sms of 786 Rs. for next bill. 28.9.2015 I have got Rs.1690 bill. I have a nuclear family. Meter was stolen. But when i have metre my bills were very low. please consider this matter seriously. Thanking you.
