I and my wife (just two o[censored]s) have been living in this single storey house since the year 2004. All these years the monthly water bills from DJB have been in the range of Rs 400 to Rs 500 per month.
However for the last few months very excessive monthly bills have been raised in the range of Rs 4000 to Rs 7000 per month . This is really surprising and not understood as our water consumption pattern has remained unchanged for just the two o[censored]s living here.
It needs to be examined by DJB on priority as the current bill just received today is Rs 4020.55 which again is very high in relation to our unchanged water consumption pattern.
The excessive billing needs to be corrected an the excess amounts paid so far be kept in my connection's credit account to be adjusted against the future bills. It may please be confirmed if this current bill of Rs 4020.55 due on[protected] may also be kept in abeyance and can be adjusted subsequently Was this information helpful? |
