[Resolved] Delhi Jal Board — High inflation of bills | |||
I am resident of keshav puram Address:- Ramesh kumar kamboj C-5/104-b, 2nd floor Shalimar bagh New delhi-110088 M:-[protected] 1 have received a bill of rs 16000 as compared to last bill of rs 8, 000 which is not correct I have registered my complaint with your djb, ashok vihar office, an attendent came after 3-4 days just to tell us that you have to take your meter to the company which we tell they will check it & give u back by 3-4 days, in the mean time you have to arrange for a stand by meter, take the meter out & install it again Its not our duty to take the meter out & take it to the private company for checking What kind of customer service you r gving to your consumers after going private you r harrasing us for such inflated bills, so please look into this matter & revert back asap From, Vivek kamboj M:-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
