I have submitted complaint letters about incorrect water bill for k. No [protected], first on 7th december 2019 and then again on 03 jan 2020, but never got any reply or action on my complaints. No official ever visited my building to check the water meter in last 5 years. I have never received either a hard copy or a soft copy of the bill at my residence - h4/87, upper ground floor, bengali colony, mahavir enclave, delhi 110045.
I just received a text message that my bill is inr 14, 983 with a disconnection prompt. However, this bill is completely incorrect. The delhi jal board is sending me bills without checking my water meter. I checked online and downloaded a soft copy of my bill today[protected] and it says meter reading as on 8th sep 2020 is 985. Which is not right. As today on 16th september 2020 my water meter shows 00884.
Since last 1 year we rarely get the water supply. The water is only available for like 2 times a week. And from last 4 months we get water supply only 2-3 time a month. So there is no way my water bill can be so high.
Therefore, i request you to please take my matter into consideration and resolve this problem. I am also attaching image of my water meter so that you can check the meter reading and compare it with the bill generated. Also attaching the soft copy of the bill that i downloaded from delhi jal board website.
