Delhi Jal Board — Billing without meter reading - abnormal billing User : Abhinandan Kumar Jain, New KNO : [protected], Bill Period 5 Aug to 23 Sep 2015 Sir/ Madam, Bill reading not taken by the Department and adhoc bill has been sent. Actual Consumption in Bill period is less than 20 KL/month and hence no amount should be charged. Whereas abnormal bill without taking meter reading is raised for Rs. 829/- . When Lajpat Nagar Office staff is contacted, no satisfactory reply was given by them.
