To, The CEO Of Delhi Jal Board Jhandewalan New Delhi Respected sir, I want to inform you that.. we are the local residents of kumhar mohalla Tekhand village new Delhi. I regularly saw that some unsocial elements encroachment over on D.J.B New Delhi. Towell who is situated at kumhar mohalla near baba mohan ram mandir, by forcevally as owner and we are facing a lots of problem about drinking water because we have not any other sources of drinking water. Therefore we are request you that remove the encroachment from above said form towell. They are literally miss use the water.
