I would like to bring to your notice with regard to the highly inflated water bill received on account o[censored]nmetered status in Jal board records.
1. During 2018 the meter was taken out by robbers and a new meter was installed.
2. I was unaware about the procedure for intimating the change of meter.
3. The last bill received was in April 2019 for Rs.1307/- which was on the higher side as in the bill it was shown unmetered despite the existing new meter and the bill was duly paid.
4. If you check my records on an average the consumption is less than 20 KL / month.
5. I was in regular touch with your water meter reader for inclusion of meter details in your records but it has not been processed as your representative is helpless and my constant follow ups does not yield any results.
6. Bills are not being generated and was told by the meter reader to get it from the website.
7. The current bill which was taken from the website is for Rs.25000/- which is very high and I request you to reduce the same after considering and reviewing the past consumption details.
