Delhi Jal Board — Main sewer blocked/ choked in the lane behind G-53, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065.

This is to inform you that the main sewer is blocked ( Address given above) since April. As my building is at the end of the lane and low, the manholes in my driveway are blocked and due to back flow, the driveway is full of dirty water from sewer and smelling foul. I am a senior citizen and live in Ground floor. From yesterday whenever the the top floors use their bathrooms, water enters my bathroom thro' the pipe as there is no passage for it to flow out. I have spent thousands to clean the manholes but a pressure pump is needed. DJB persons in the complaint section say that they don't have a pump available and will do the work whenever they get one. Even after repeated complaints to DJB Sriniwaspuri, NO ACTION has been taken. I don't know whom to contact as the people in complaint department Do Not have any tel. Number of any senior official. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION.
