Delhi Jal Board — Meter reading is wrong and bill is too high

Dear sir/madam, My name is meena Bedwal, my kno no. [protected]. My bill from 1 July 2012 to 2 june 2014 amount was Rs. 3961 and the due date is 7 july 2014 i paid this bill as on[protected] and after that i got information from the counter that i havr another bill to paid the bill duration is 3 june 2014 to 12 july 2014 and the bill amount shocked me it is Rs. 14405 and due date is 30 aug 2014.
