Delhi Jal Board — Meter running fast and bill exhausted

I am residing in H.no 64-65 Block D/14 Sector-7 Rohini. My water bill suddenly shown an arrears of Rs.20000 and due to which my current bill is also affected. May be my meter is running fast or the guy who is taking reading mistaken. On a period of 82 days i used 355 units while before and after this 82 days period my average unit consumption is 1 unit per 3 days. i asked he meter reading guy many times to solve this problem and he always give me excuses and now when my bill reaches 28000, he is asking money to settle it. Please sort out my problem and generate me a fresh bill without interest on arrears and with correct meter reading.
