My bill is showing RDDT in meter status, but my meter is working fine. DJB officer had also taken pictures of it, but it is still not updated in the latest bill generated.

which is 100% Wrong as per meter reading, it should be 75 units which I noted .For that wrong Meter Reading I had already paid Rs 626/-. I thought it is due to Covid-19.

2nd Bill generated on 27 Aug and showing above status and amount due for me Rs 2767/- . Last reading 158 unit which is alright .For the mistake of initial reading--29 unit (14 Apr 20) again I have to pay 2767/-.
I am class 'C' grade employee and unable to pay the said amount .
Further, I state that my regular water consumption aprox .75 KL and having only 03 members .
My humble request you, sir, kindly look into the matter and regenerated the bill and solve my problem .

Our meter reading status is showing STP from Mar2020 earlier it was OK.
Our consumption from May 2020 to Aug 2021 was almost nil as we were not in town because of WFH but still the bill is generating Kindly look into the matter & resolve the issue

My meter is running well and current reading is 886 and last reading is 774 but last two months meter status is showing RDDT and send bill in average but my monthly consumption billow 30 units, while my meter is running well...i am attaching the pictures of meter reading taken by me periodically for your reference.
you are requested to direct the concerned officer for taking my meters right reading and revised the Bill..
