Delhi Jal Board — NO Water Supply for last 10 days

I am living in 44/7, Ashok Nagar, Delhi - 18. Our whole block is not getting water supply for last 10 days. In this regard multiple complaints have been filed complaint by the residents over phone to Delhi Jal Board complaint no 1916 and got the complaint registered vide no[protected],[protected] etc.
However Delhi Jal Board has resolved all the complaints without providing any solution. The concerned JE of Delhi Jal Board Mr. Dheeraj Narang does not respond to phone calls.
I request you to kindly highlight the problem to higher authorities of Delhi Jal Board so that they look into the matter and resolve the water problem for us. In this lockdown time it is very difficult for us to manage without water.
