Delhi Jal Board — No water supply from last 12 days | |||
I am senior citizen living at house no 1, top floor MAUSAM VIHAR Delhi 110051 and have not received water supply since last 12 days and finding it very difficult to precure even drinkig water. Needless to add water is a essential requirement for survival of life and Delhi JAL Board is soly responsible for supply. now ii is 15 days of suffering without resolution. Number of complaints to delhi jal board customer care has got nor reply nor redressal, this very serious as its playing with lives of senior citizens. Our old water meter is stopping on its own and then gets revived on its own. The personnel from your department asked us to loadge a complaint so that we could get our water meter changed. Hence we require a changing of the water meter. Hoping for a positive response.
