Delhi Jal Board — Not bill received

Greetings,

The bills are not being generated for the kno [protected]. The last bill was generated on Feb 2021 with meter reading 87.the latest meter reading on 26 June 2021 is 109.
We have tried generating bill oursel[censored]sing the djb msawa mobileapp but it has been failing constantly for last couple of days.Requesting you to generate the latest bill and send across to the register mobile no-[protected] or email [protected]@yahoo.com.

I also request you that our subsequent bills be generated by taking the meter reading from the premises. I had tried raising a similar request in past with no effect, I request you to take immediate action this time.
