Delhi Jal Board — not get bill last three years

Hello sir, my complaint is we are not getting our water bill last 3 years iam residence of 1076 r k puram sector-5, my meter 2007a[protected], many time my father visit jal board office - sector -7, but any body no response in our complaint, requesting you to kindly resolve our issue on top priority.
